Our Regulatory Affairs group advocates before the CRTC and other public bodies and advises our business on regulatory and public law matters. We are an interdisciplinary team of advocates, including lawyers, economists, and seasoned communications experts. Together, we apply regulatory and public policy principles along with technical knowledge to advance TELUS' interests within the Canadian communications industry.
Reporting to the Director, Regulatory Affairs, as a highly capable advocate, you will be responsible for leading TELUS' legal and policy submissions on telecommunications, broadcasting, and copyright matters before the CRTC, ISED, the Copyright Board, the courts, and other public bodies. You will also be called upon to provide advice to our businesses, and will collaborate with team members across Canada to advance our interests. Combine your passion for the communications industry and technologies, including the competitive dynamics of telecommunications and broadcasting businesses, with your knowledge of regulatory frameworks, to make strategic decisions and advocate for government policies that will shape the future of our success.
