Our Vancouver real estate group serves a broad client base of First Nations, developers, financial institutions, REITs, investors and local, national and multi-national companies. Members of our real estate group work on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions and provide focused experience to larger transaction teams.

We are looking for an associate with a minimum of three of relevant experience to join our thriving real estate practice in Vancouver.

This is an opportunity to join a top tier law firm with a growing presence in Vancouver, to work on diverse and complex files in a collaborative environment and to learn from skilled lawyers who have experience working at leading national and international firms.

Base salary: $142,000 + Compensation may vary based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of relevant commercial real estate or banking experience
  • Strong work ethic and strong professional and academic credentials
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and good computer skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with excellent multi-tasking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and strong client service skills with excellent multi-tasking and problem solving skills
